At ONO India Private Limited, we stand behind the reliability and utility of ONO. We offer an unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Lifetime Access license purchases.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase ONO and decide within seven (7) calendar days of payment that the platform does not suit your operational needs, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your one-time software license fee ($50 / ₹4,199).

• The refund will be issued directly through our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe) back to your original source payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
• Banks and card networks typically credit the funds to your account within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Cancellation of Service

Because ONO operates on a one-time lifetime license model with zero recurring subscription fees, there are no ongoing monthly or annual invoices to cancel.

When a refund is approved and processed within the 7-day guarantee window, your workspace license and API access will be permanently deactivated. You may export all contact records and historical campaign logs prior to submitting your refund request.

5. Meta Message Costs are Non-Refundable

Please note that any per-conversation messaging fees charged directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. for outbound broadcasts or service conversations are billed directly by Meta and are strictly non-refundable by ONO India Private Limited.
