Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase, access, and use of ONO, a WhatsApp Business management software platform provided by ONO India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. The "Lifetime Access" License

Definition of "Lifetime":

"Lifetime Access" refers strictly to the operational lifetime of the ONO software product, not the lifetime of the individual purchaser or customer. While we intend to support and maintain the platform indefinitely, in the event of unforeseen product retirement or insolvency, we will provide at least 60 days advance notice to all active users with full data export options.

Upon payment of the one-time software license fee of $50 (₹4,199), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform without ongoing recurring platform software fees.

2. Fair-Use Workspace Limits

To maintain platform stability and service quality across all users, the Lifetime Access plan is subject to the following default fair-use capacity limits:

  • Connected WhatsApp Numbers: 1 number (Meta Embedded Signup with your own phone number)
  • Saved Contacts: 2,000 contacts (CSV import with consent tags & custom segments)
  • Team Seats: 3 team agents (Owner, Admin, and Agent role permissions)
  • Campaign Broadcasts: 10,000 messages / mo (Fair-use monthly outbound template delivery)

Workspaces exceeding these allowances may purchase modular add-ons as they become available or contact support for tailored capacity.

3. Direct Meta Billing and Relationship

You are directly responsible for all conversation fees charged by Meta Platforms, Inc. ONO does not charge or collect per-message fees and does not mark up Meta rates. You must maintain a valid payment method inside your own Meta Business Manager. Any rate changes, billing disputes, or payment suspensions originating from Meta are governed exclusively by Meta's Terms of Service.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Policy Compliance

You agree to comply fully with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You explicitly warrant that:

  • You have secured explicit, verifiable opt-in consent from every recipient before sending any broadcast message.
  • You will never upload scraped, purchased, or third-party phone lists.
  • You will respect all automated and manual opt-out requests (STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE) immediately.
  • You will not use the platform for unauthorized spam, phishing, unlawful goods, or misleading promotional campaigns.

5. Meta Non-Affiliation

ONO is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access immediately, without refund, if we detect fraudulent activity, egregious spamming that jeopardizes platform IP reputations, or violations of Meta's acceptable use policies.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
